Brain MRI Explorer

This viewer uses the SPL/NAC Brain Atlas T1 and T2 MRI volumes and anatomy labels. The 0.75 mm scans load automatically for 2D slices where available; the 1 mm atlas fills the edges and supplies the 3D model. Brain zoom frames the cerebral area while keeping its proportions. The scan ends around the upper neck. Tap a slice to identify a structure; Structures shows or hides atlas colors. The translucent 3D brain is ray-cast from the MRI and label volumes for learning.
