From the SPL Knee Atlas by Jen Richolt, Marianna Jakab, and Ron Kikinis (Open Anatomy, September 2016). The original MRI signal was resampled in patient coordinates onto the atlas segmentation grid. The original labels retain their full in-plane detail; signal is mapped to 8-bit display values. This is a modified browser presentation of the source atlas. It is for education and research, not clinical use.
